You have the venue and a starting point; we take over sourcing, design and production. Begins 4–6 months out.

End to end, from venue search to closing report. Begins 12–18 months out and is capped at a handful of engagements each season.
Fees above are planning fees only and do not include venue, catering, rentals, floral, entertainment or production costs, which are paid directly to those vendors. Corporate programmes over 400 guests, multi-day events and events outside a 60-mile radius are quoted individually.
A 35% retainer confirms the date. The remaining balance is split into two payments: 35% at the midpoint of the planning timeline and 30% fourteen days before the event. Dates are only held once the retainer clears.
No commissions from vendors, no percentage markups on third-party invoices, no per-email fees, and no charge for the initial 30-minute consultation. Travel and parking within 60 miles is included.
Scope changes are quoted in writing and require your approval before any work begins. Guest-count changes of more than 15% may affect staffing and are re-quoted at the same hourly rates.
Bank transfer (ACH), business check or major credit card. Card payments carry the processor’s published fee, disclosed on the invoice. All amounts are in US dollars.
